I Love My AI sets out to follow these questions through laboratories, classrooms, workplaces, homes and inner lives.

The Film
Conceived and rooted in Stockholm, Sweden, I Love My AI is being developed as a cinematic documentary about the changing terms of human life now that artificial intelligence is a growing part of our lives.
It will bring researchers and technologists into conversation with psychologists, educators, artists, philosophers and people whose lives are already being altered by AI.
The project moves between the systems we are building and the inner worlds they are reshaping: attention, judgment, creativity, intimacy, work, learning, responsibility and meaning.
Beyond the familiar arguments about salvation and catastrophe lies a more intimate subject: the human being.

I Love My AI was created by Camilla Wellton, directed by Tobias Rydin and is produced by the Swedish Institute of Inner Technology.
The documentary forms part of the Institute’s work on a central challenge of our time: how human beings can flourish as technology becomes more capable.
Working across psychology, education, creativity, embodiment and emerging technology, the Institute explores the capacities that help people remain discerning, connected and fully human amid rapid change.
This film brings that inquiry into public view.
